Sale is about ten minutes from us in Wythenshawe — as close as anywhere we cover. In practice that means we can usually fit you in around whatever suits you, and if something needs a second look we are not making a special trip to do it.
What makes Sale interesting to sweep is how much the housing changes street by street. Ashton on Mersey and the older roads near the church have Victorian villas and terraces with multiple flues. Sale Moor and Brooklands filled in between the wars with bay-fronted semis on shared party-wall stacks. And along the canal and the Metrolink line there is newer development where any solid fuel appliance is a modern installation on a lined or twin wall flue.
