If we spot anything that needs attention we will tell you and note it — what you do about it is your call
The flue needs to be properly cold, so please do not light it for at least 24 hours before we arrive.
Clear the hearth
Move ornaments, rugs and anything sitting on or around the hearth. We will do the rest.
